4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
The winner of the contest will be announced on Tuesday, November 2, 2021. The winner and, if necessary, the alternates, will be obtained randomly.

If it becomes evident that any of the participants do not meet the requirements of the Rules, or the data provided to participate were not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

A period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days from the date of the awarding of the prize is established in order to make any justified claim. Active Trade S.L. reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar characteristics if necessary.

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, abusive or discriminatory or that may violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed.
